The first phase of a four part renovation/development and relocation project in the Brodie Centre. The Student Centre included new student lounge, study areas, student group offices, lockers and meeting areas. The 565 sq.m. (6,080 sq.ft.) project was completed in 2004 as part of an overall project budget of $4,000,000.
The second phase of a four part renovation/development and relocation project in the Brodie Centre. This phase included new administrative offices for the Faculty of Medicine, including offices, meeting rooms, staff lounge and furnishings. The 775 sq.m. (8,340 sq.ft.) project was completed in 2005 as part of an overall project budget of $4,000,000.
