Renovations to the head offices of The North West Company located in Winnipeg. The scope of the project includes renovations of approx. 9300 sq.m. (100,000 sq.ft.) to all the four floors of Gibralter House to create open office areas, multi-purpose/meeting areas and a new staff fitness facility. It also includes upgrading of the building facade. Currently under construction at a cost of $10,000,000.
