A 3,530 sq.m. (38,000 sq.ft.) renovations to existing warehouse space at 72 Martha Street, to accommodate a Family Shelter Program Transitional housing and related social service programs. Spaces included family apartment units, common lounge areas, community kitchenette/craft room, administrative offices and children’s indoor and outdoor play areas. The project was completed in 2002 at a construction cost of $2,800,000.
