A 3 storey, 1,110 sq.m. (12,000 sq.ft.) office addition to the existing MCC thrift store, to include offices for MCC Alberta, Mennonite Mutual Insurance, Mennonite Disaster Service, Mennonite Church Alberta and Mennonite Historical Society of Alberta.The project was designed to reflect the culture of the developing countries in which MCC operates, and received CBIP Alberta Plus funding for exceeding the Model National Energy Code by at least 25%. The project was completed December 2004 at a cost of $2,900,000.
