The project was completed in 2003 at a construction cost of $6,250,000. Construction was carried out as design-build with Concord Projects.
Lindenwood Manor, a three storey, 77 unit assisted living facility with on-site support services, including meals, housekeeping, social/recreation, block home care, and visiting health care professionals. The project was completed in 2002 at a construction cost of $6,000,000. A 23 unit addition. The project was completed in 2002 at a construction cost of $2,000,000. A 35 unit addition. The project was completed in 2004 at a cost of $3,500,000. Construction was carried out as design-build with Concord Projects.
