The Strand on Waterfront Drive

A unique, waterfront community of 16 residential condos, commercial and office space with breathtaking cityscape and river views. The design focuses on energy and cost efficient solutions, and promotes healthy “green” living/work. Friesen Tokar functioned as the developer and architect on the project. Construction was completed September 2007 at a cost of $8,000,000.
The 2nd floor of The Strand houses the offices of Friesen Tokar at 697sq.m. (7500 sq.ft.) The tenant improvements were designed to exceed LEED® CI Gold certification.
