A major renovation of approximately 14,865 sq.m. (160,000 sq.ft.) to all eight floors of the CWB Building, with a construction cost of $12,000,000. Work also includes a new main entrance/reception area, mechanical/electrical base building upgrades, and asbestos abatement of each floor. The renovations reflect the CWB’s new corporate image, and involve major modifications/replacement of work stations and office furnishings with a budget of $1,500,000. The project required eight phases of renovation over a period of three years while maintaining a continuous operation of the facility.
